What You’ll Be Doing

You will oversee advanced field sales operations, guide execution standards, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. The role involves mentoring junior staff, analysing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to improve penetration and performance.

  • Lead daily field sales activities
  • Achieve and exceed area targets
  • Mentor Sales Officers and SRs

Required Qualifications

This role requires seasoned field sales professionals with proven FMCG experience and strong leadership abilities. Candidates must be confident decision-makers with excellent local market knowledge and the ability to manage teams effectively.

  • Minimum 4 years sales experience
  • FMCG background mandatory
  • Strong leadership and planning skills
  • Excellent area and route knowledge
  • Own two-wheeler required
