As a Sales Officer at Sri Narasu’s Coffee Company Private Limited, you will lead market execution and sales growth across assigned territories. This role carries higher responsibility, requiring strong field leadership, distributor handling, and consistent market expansion. You will represent a heritage brand trusted since 1926 and drive visibility, availability, and growth across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will oversee daily field operations, guide sales execution, and strengthen distribution networks. This role demands regular market visits, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure targets are met. You will also play a role in mentoring sales staff and executing promotional strategies effectively.

  • Plan and execute daily field visits

Required Qualifications

Candidates must bring solid field sales experience with strong local market knowledge. The role requires independence, leadership skills, and comfort with extensive field work. Prior FMCG exposure will be an advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • FMCG background preferred
  • Strong area and route knowledge
  • Own two-wheeler mandatory
  • Confident communicator and leader
